We’re on the search for Amazing Level 3 Beauty/Spa Therapists to join the multi award winning Odyssey Spa Team.
As a Spa/Massage/Senior Spa Therapist, you will have the passion to deliver consistent, exceptional service and wish to continue to develop your career within a progressive company.
You will be required to carry out a variety of treatments including massage, and will be knowledgeable, friendly and committed to ensuring that every guest’s visit to the Spa is one to remember. You’ll consult each client to fully understand their personal needs and be committed to delivering high quality, exceptional treatments. As a Beauty Therapist you’ll also be supporting the team and manager to maximise all sales opportunities where possible.

The Person
- A genuine passion for health and well-being
- Previous experience of working in a Luxury Spa / Beauty operation is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- Immaculate personal presentation and standards
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is essential
- ELEMIS trained is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the smooth day to day running of the Spa
- Continually surpassing guest’s expectations
- Attention to detail and the ability to forward think
- Can remain calm under pressure and smile even in the toughest situations
- Providing professional massage, body, facial and nail treatments to guests
- Handling customer queries effectively and efficiently
