Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. We ask that you turn your mobile phones off whilst in the spa area. We request that guests maintain a respectful attitude, mindful of the fact that other guests are having treatments.
The prices and charges shown on the website, in the brochure and other communications are subject to change. Exact prices and charges will be confirmed at the time you make your booking.
Booking & Payment
Full payment by debit/credit card will be required at the time of booking for Spa Days.
For Spa Days:
Non-arrival or cancellations advised within 7 days prior to your arrival date, will incur full payment.
Non-arrival or cancellations advised within 48 hours prior to your treatment time, will incur full payment.
- We recommend that you do not bring any valuables with you
- Lockers are provided
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted anywhere in The Odyssey Health Club & Spa
- We reserve the right to ask guests to leave without refund if their behaviour is deemed unsuitable in any way towards therapists or other guests
- Guests are not permitted to use their own herbal or essential oils within the spa.
We ask that if a guest feels unwell at any point during their visit to the spa they must leave the experience immediately and seek assistance from a member of staff.
Please be aware of the possible side effects following treatments/spa experiences which may include drowsiness, excessive thirst and possible minor reactions to essential oils.
We recommend that you enjoy a period of rest and relaxation following our treatments/spa experiences and that you drink plenty of clear fluids. In the unlikely event that you experience any allergic skin reactions please consult with the reception team.
We’re more than happy for you to request a therapist for your treatment. If for some reason your requested therapist becomes unavailable then we shall move you to a therapist of the same level and quality.
For our amazing therapists to deliver an exceptional treatment, all treatment timings include time for preparation, a thorough consultation, and relaxation.
Spa Day treatment times are not guaranteed or confirmed until arrival, however we will try and accommodate any requests that you have for treatment timings where possible. Spa day treatment times will be allocated between 10am and 4pm/5pm and will be confirmed to you on arrival
All monies paid for courses are non-refundable & the course must be used within 1 year of the purchase date.
Remain the property of The Odyssey Spa and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Odyssey regrets that we cannot take any responsibility for lost gift vouchers so please look after them and ensure that they are presented at the time of your treatment – regrettably we make no exceptions to this policy. Gift vouchers are transferable but non-refundable and expire after 12 months. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against any Spa Day, Treatment or Offer and Product Purchases.
We’re delighted to welcome expectant mothers to the spa and have a range of wonderful therapies to suit.
Please ensure you advise the reservations team that you are expecting, and general medical advice for mothers to be is to avoid the steam room and sauna. We have a beautiful relaxation suite for you to relax and fabulous treatments. Please contact us with any questions prior to your visit.
Please be aware that our Gym & Studios are only accessible via a staircase. We do have mobility steps into our pool and chair lift if required.
Guest Vehicles and Parking
On-site parking is ample and FREE.
The Odyssey Health Club & Spa accepts no responsibility for loss of, or damage to, any vehicle or the contents therein, howsoever caused, whilst parked within the grounds, unless it is solely due to negligence of the company.
No children under the age of 18 are allowed to use the spa facilities and cannot wait in the area or the club whilst you are being treated. The Odyssey Health Club & Spa is strictly over 18’s with no exceptions. We have no facilities to ween babies or children to wait.
We advise you not to wear any jewellery whilst using the wet facilities. Chlorine will discolour them.
When making your treatment reservation please advise us of any health conditions, or injuries which could affect our service. If you have allergies of any nature, please discuss these with our staff on arrival, and your therapist prior to any treatment.
Cancer, Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy
If you have had or are currently undergoing treatment for cancer, we do have a range of treatments, designed specifically for guests who are undergoing treatment or who have been treated for cancer provided by a Wellness for Cancer trained therapist.
These treatments can be adapted to your specific needs and no prior GP/ Consultant approval is required.
Any mechanical or electrical breakdowns which occur on the premises are usually beyond our control, although we will try to repair any such fault as soon as possible. No refunds will be given unless any such breakdown is due to the negligence of the Company or its employees or agents.
All the information we collect and hold about you and members of your party may be stored on a computer and other filing systems, for which we hold a valid notification under the data protection act.
Odyssey does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your property suffered as a result of any cause whatsoever. Only food and drink purchased from Odyssey can be consumed on site.
The Odyssey Spa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.
